Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada and to the contiguous United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping times within Canada typically range from 3-7 business days after processing. Shipping to the US typically takes 5-10 business days after processing. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, as delays can occasionally occur with shipping carriers.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Canada and the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
My tracking hasn’t updated in a while. What should I do?
Occasionally, there can be a delay in the tracking information updating within the carrier’s system. Please allow 24-48 hours for updates. If there is still no movement after several days, please contact us for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit the Orders section of your account. Follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return and your reason for return. You will receive instructions and a return authorization code.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned package, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
What if my item is defective or I received the wrong item?
We sincerely apologize for any error. In the case of a defective product or a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and will either send a replacement item or process a full refund, including original shipping charges.
Can I return sale items or promotional items?
All sales and promotional items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
I received a gift. How can I return it?
For gifts, we offer store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the value of the returned item, provided it meets our standard return criteria. The original purchaser will be notified of the return.
