Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.

Returns
We accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow time for your financial institution to complete the refund.

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please start a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the process, please visit the Orders section in your account. Select the item you wish to return or exchange and follow the provided instructions. You will receive a return authorization and further details on where to send the package.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn footwear. All sales on clearance items, promotional goods, and gift cards are final.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Return Processing Time
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return after we receive the shipment. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after we have processed it, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the provided returns address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
